APPLYING FOR ECGHLI ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
EPO Community Gardening & Healthy Living Initiative (ECGHLI) welcomes your application for Associate   Membership. The benefits of such membership are designed for and delivered to you as an individual or group. Membership is not transferable; but is renewable annually.

Many beneficial resources are included in your membership, while others are available at a reduced member rate.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
1. Information on ECGHLI ‘GROW YOUR OWN’ Schemes;
2. Invitations to conservation leisure trips and outings and open days;
3. A complimentary copy of ECGHLI News;
4. Access to seeds, annual reports at cost only;
5. Invitations to Open Days; e.g. 'ECGHLI Members' Annual Produce Sampling Competitions'
6. Notification on Bushway Tales’ Book Launches.

COST
• (Individual Membership) £3.50 per annum for an adult individual; (Youth Membership) £2.00 (Group Membership – for all group types) £1.00 per head.  

Send your application in writing via contact details at 'Contact Us' on Web Front Page of this site; include your contact details and a short statement on why you or your group would like to be an ECGHLI Associate member.   If requesting Associate Group Membership; please state nos. of interested participants in your group and their various gender, ages, ethnicity, special needs and post codes.   You will be notified promptly whether your application has been successful.   If you do not receive a reply within 14 days of contacting us regarding any matter; kindly follow up with a telephone call or email - details at 'Contact Us' on Web Front Page of this site.   Enclose the correct membership sum (check or postal order) payable to ECGHLI.   Membership can be cancelled at anytime; costs are refunded on descretion of the Committee only.

ECGHLI DATA PROTECTION DISCLOSURE
Your data will be used for the purpose of verifying your identity, catering for your needs appropriately, and for Strategic Demographic Data for partnering Allotment Associations/ Community Gardens.   It will be treated with strict confidence under the Data Protection Act of 1998; will not be kept for longer than is necessary and thereafter will be securely disposed off.   The data of unsuccessful members will be kept only for one calendar month only; allowing reasonable time for an appeal and would not be passed on to any third parties without your express written permission.   Where electronically stored, your data would be password protected known only to the data entry personnel adhering to the Organisation’s Data Protection Policy.
